Load & scale

Tiles probe live dependencies via GET /status. Last scenario run stays visible after a firehose finishes (soak + Dragonfly last_run). Pipeline wave shows cumulative counts + rate since last refresh (edge accepted → stream lag → cache writes → graph queries → worker processed → notifier delivered). Soak: python beta/soak_engine.py --total 4000. Scaled-to-zero ECS shows 0/0 (parked), not errors.
